Digital Multimedia Specialist

Location: Estero, FL. Hybrid options available.

Salary Range: $60-80k

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Specialist to support the execution of visually compelling brand, marketing, and product content. This role will assist in the development of digital assets across graphic design, motion graphics, and video production to support campaigns, social media, web presence, product demos, and more.

You’ll work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life—enhancing our storytelling through high-quality, on-brand visual assets.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of graphic designs for marketing assets including social media, presentations, email banners, event properties, landing pages, sales collateral, and advertisements.

  • Produce basic to intermediate animated graphics and motion elements for use in digital campaigns and video content.

  • Support the production and editing of short-form and long-form video content, including post-production tasks like trimming, audio syncing, subtitling, and adding visual effects or overlays.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate messaging and goals into strong visual executions on our website and email marketing.

  • Help maintain visual brand consistency across channels by adhering to style guides and design systems.

  • Contribute to brainstorming and storyboarding sessions for video and visual campaigns.

  • Manage and organize multimedia assets in a structured and accessible way.

Qualifications:

  • 1–5 years of professional or internship experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or video production (agency or in-house).

  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates solid design principles, layout skills, and motion/video capabilities.

  • Basic understanding of visual storytelling, branding, AI, and marketing principles.

  • A passion for creativity, curiosity to learn new techniques, and an eye for detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with tools like Google Apps, Canva, Figma, or Final Cut Pro is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of social media and digital content best practices is preferred.
