Smoother Maintenance Workflows, Stronger Security, and More Reliable Leasing

What This Means for Your Team

This week’s release is focused on reducing friction across maintenance, accounting, security, and leasing workflows.

Maintenance teams and vendors can now see issue photos directly when submitting estimates, leading to faster, more accurate quotes and fewer clarification emails. We also resolved billing inconsistencies between work orders, materials, invoices, and receipts—so totals align correctly and financial records stay clean.

On the security side, enhanced monitoring and auditing help us detect unusual sign-in activity sooner, strengthening account protection and reducing risk if suspicious behavior occurs.

Leasing workflows are now more predictable as well. Rentsign navigation behaves as expected, checkbox template settings apply correctly, and document completion feels smoother for both staff and residents.

  • Faster, more accurate vendor estimates
  • Cleaner financial alignment between work orders and invoices
  • Stronger account security monitoring
  • Smoother document signing experiences
  • Fewer manual corrections and follow-ups

These improvements help your team move maintenance requests forward faster, keep accounting accurate, protect account access, and ensure leasing documents are completed without unnecessary friction.

Enhancements

  • Issue photos visible in vendor & IMT estimate requests
When you request an estimate from a work order, vendors and internal maintenance techs can now see the work‑order issue photos directly in the estimate details in their portals, making it faster and easier for them to provide accurate quotes without hunting through emails

  • Positive Pay: “Name on check” added to report
The Positive Pay report now includes a “Name on check” column, helping reduce false flags from banks and cutting down on manual review and approvals.

  • Account Security Enhancements
We’ve enhanced our security monitoring and auditing to better detect unusual sign-in activity. This helps us identify suspicious behavior sooner  if an account appears at risk.

Fixes

  • Rentsign: signing arrows jumping to already‑completed fields
Fixed an issue where, while filling out a Rentsign document, the navigation arrows would jump back to fields that were already completed instead of guiding users only to empty fields.

  • Rentsign: checkbox configuration not applying correctly
Resolved a problem where checkbox group settings in Rentsign templates did not reliably reflect the selected configuration, so template settings now behave as expected.

  • Receipt uploader: receipts not attaching to material line items
Fixed a bug where receipts uploaded with materials on a work order were saved to Files but not linked to the corresponding line items; receipts now correctly attach to the material lines they were uploaded with.

  • Material pricing mismatch between work order and invoice
Corrected an issue where invoices were using the original price book value instead of any adjusted “price for owner” that was entered on the work order, leading to invoice totals that didn’t match the work‑order materials.

  • Journal entry page crashing on edit
Fixed a crash that occurred when attempting to edit journal entries, so users can now safely update existing entries without errors.
