What's New in Rentvine: Rebuilt Property Tables, Smarter Reconciliation, and an Expanded Mobile App

This week's release strengthens both the financial and day-to-day sides of Rentvine. The Property & Unit tables got a full rebuild, with infinite scroll, frozen key columns, faster loading, richer unit data, and shareable saved views, so managing a large portfolio feels lighter. Reconciliation 2.0 gained UI polish, a clearer match-status view, and an in-app guide, and Match Assist in Bank Sync (Beta) now confidently auto-matches checks inside the 90-day window when the amount and description agree, cutting down on manual review.

Your team's mobile experience grows too, with Notes and Alerts now available on properties, units, and work orders, plus a new work-order estimates flow so managers can capture vendor or technician estimates straight from the field. Managers can also add payments directly from the Bank Sync Match Drawer without leaving the reconciliation flow, and tenants can now set their own vendor access preferences. A new Tenant Legal Liability (TLL) inquiry card lays the groundwork for the upcoming TLL rollout. Alongside all of this, we resolved a broad set of reliability issues spanning owner statements, bank sync accuracy, screening, address validation, billing, and reconciliation editing. Here's everything that shipped:

Enhancements

  • Rebuilt the Property & Unit tables with infinite scroll, frozen key columns, faster loading, hover record previews, richer unit data (beds, baths, rent, renewals, work orders, tags), and shareable saved views with a starrable default.
  • Improved Reconciliation 2.0 with clearer match-status filter cards, a View Details drawer, and better refresh controls so bank reconciliation is easier to scan and act on.
  • Added an in-app Reconciliation 2.0 guide so managers can learn the redesigned matching flow on their own the first time they open it.
  • Improved Match Assist in Bank Sync (Beta) to confidently auto-match checks inside the 90-day window when the amount and description agree, cutting manual review.
  • Improved multi-unit entry with a table view plus copy, duplicate, and delete controls, making it much faster to add and manage many units at once.
  • Added a PM Only field option in the Form Builder so managers can keep internal-only fields in the manager portal while hiding them from the owner lead portal.
  • Added an open-in-new-tab option for screening scoring templates so reviewers can inspect or edit a template without losing their place on the application.
  • Expanded the manager mobile app with Notes on properties, units, and work orders (read, write, edit, tag, pin, search, and share with owners) and Alerts on those same records.
  • Added a work-order estimates flow to the mobile app so managers can add vendor or technician estimates — amount, dates, comments, and files — from the field.
  • Added a setting that lets managers turn off asking tenants whether vendors can access the property without them present.
  • Improved the AI work order assistant to recognize scheduling arranged by phone, using the work order's Scheduled Start Date.
  • Improved Bank Sync so unmatched transactions carry forward cleanly into the next reconciliation instead of getting stranded.
  • Added the Tenant Legal Liability (TLL) inquiry card, laying the groundwork for the upcoming TLL rollout.
  • Added the ability to create a new payment directly from the Bank Sync Match Drawer without leaving the reconciliation flow.
  • Renamed the inbox's Text Messages tab to Chat for clarity.
